Reduce student loans offer from unknown number and then left number in voicemail

They left a message stating that "... there are new programs out there that can help reduce or eliminate your student loans.." and he also stated that he looks forward to hearing from me but never stated my name, total Spammer!

A man left a pre-recorded message stating he looks forward to hearing back from me. (Nope!) Also, the number he left is different from the one he called from. Definite spammer!!

He states he can get me reduced amount on Student loan. Prior to that someone by the name of Josh called and left voice message same information. I tried to call number back and each time it ***g up on me.

Left voice mail and said he wanted to help me pay off my student loans. I've never taken out a student loan, I've not been to college yet

Yep, paid off my student loans years ago, and even if I hadn't, you should always go through the federal loan websites when dealing with federal loan repayments.

This is someone trying to "help" us with our student loans. I don't need the help of someone who uses recorded messages after s****ing a local number in an effort to get me to answer.
