this was a collection agency the capital one account they called on I did end up owing after i called the bank said it was sold to them.

Big time Zombie Debt Collector. Don't waste your time talking to them. They were calling about a 15 year old cell phone bill that had been dealt with in bankruptcy a long time ago!
