I continue to get such calls as well, I contacted my attorney, they said there is not much that can be done about scam artists on his side, I wish I did owe someone then I could take them for all the harassment they are causing me.  I am going to report them to the Oregon dept. of justice, that is the first step according to my attorney.  Everyone should do this as soon as you can in every state you can so that we can get our peace of mind back.

I got a call from Roy Peterson  today at my job  saying that I need to pay Cash Net  back a payday loan I supposely got in 2009.  Don't pay these people anything they are liars I can't wait for them to get  caught . Let them know that your not afraid of them and also let them know that thaey have been reported to FCC and I also reported them to The houston police dept and the NYPD.I hope they read this message  and when you basters get got rot in*****!

Called by a Ryan on my Employers answering ma****e, with a message stating so****ing i really couldn't understand but at the end it said if you don't call me back good luck and god bless.

i have recevied calls from this company too, and say i borrowed money from a payday loan company how ever i called the bank and they said nothing was ever deposited into my account keep in mind it was one of those pre-paid visa accounts that i never use.... they are threating me with a subpena being droped off at my place of employement this needs to stop.

In regards to 619-492-6012, please go to the FCC website at www.fcc.gov and file a complaint.  I did this and never received another one of these calls a***n.

i gave them the number for andrew cuomo atty general 1-800-771-7755i'm not sure how they get peoples numbers but i get called about every 6 weeks or so...

i too got a call today from Michelle Lewis ( you know thats not her name) wishing me god s***d and all that ****...i called the NY atty generals office and gave them the phone number for these crooked a**holes!!!!!

I received two calls this morning and when I answered it was air. I held the line the second time expecting is was a delay to due the auto dialer Collection Agencies and Solicitors  use. But, the weird part is as I held noone ever came to the phone, but when the call terminated itself I had a voicemail. It was the same as the first one, with all this time sensitive **** and the God Bless ending! So, I returned that call and received a scripted Blah, blah, blah about owing InstaCash and being sue for fraud! The rep, Michael stated that I needed to appear in California on June 14, 2010. I pried from him that this illegal transaction took place in Dec. 2009 and the reason I never heard anything about this prior to today was because the only point of contact was my email address. The scary part is they mentioned my bank by name and stated I would receive some info by mail, but didnt even verify my address! I am going to call back and ask for the company I was supposed to have drawn this money from because until I read all the comments above I thought InstaCash was the company. I check my bank stantment for December and did see any unusual transactions. I will not let this go!

I got the same acall. Syaing i was being sued on 3 criminal counts one included bank fraud. I WORK FOR THE F*****G BANK. said they needed my lawyers info to fax over paperwork. had strong indian accents. read me some sort of afivavit. after i said i had no idea what this was about they said i better retain an attorney or else. then ***g up. said i had to appear in court 3 days away.

I just receved a phone call from 619-492-6012.  No one would say anything, so I caled he numberback.  They picked up the call but woul not say anythinkg.

I called them back and asked for their address. They said Anderson Law Firm1199 East Bush AveST Paul MNGoogle maps shows this as a residential address.

I also received a message and had a phone call with the same info. Once I told them I was going to **** up and call my lawyer, and also that I knew it was illegal to contact my workplace, the woman quickly excused herself and ***g up. She said she couldn't help me anymore.

I just received one of those calls saying I needed to call back and give my attorney the information.  I've never traveled west of Texas, much less borrowed money in California. WFT???

me too she said i need to call her back just report them and use a whisle or horn in their ears dont give them anything that the say tell them you will report them to the authorities for harrassment.  good luck

Got a message from this person months ago, told them I reported it to the Consumer Affairs of the Federal Government.  They stopped calling.  Calls s****ed up a***n last week, same type of info and always said god bless, and god help what will happen to you.  It is a scam, I never borrowed money from any such company.  Told them I was recording this message for my lawyer and the FTC.  That's when the messages stopped.  Now, I guess I will have to go through the whole thing all over a***n.

They continue to call me at work and on my cell.  They said I need to retain an attorney.  I called back this morning and told them that if they don't stop calling me I will get an  attorney and sue their a**es.  The gentleman said "okay" and ***g up.  I am sure that is not the last I will hear from them.

I recieved a call from this number a few months ago and now they called me a***n trying  the same thing. I even called the company they said I owed money to and they told me that they had Never Loaned me any money so I called them back and told them what the Co. said and they didnt call me back a***n until today!!!! I hope these people gets whats coming to them and I HOPE IT PRISON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have had a phone call today from Adam Smith and Michael Conner stating that if I didn't give my lawyer information I will be served tomorrow but they could only tell me that it was a instance cash but not the exact company so I could see if it was for real and that I needed to show up in court in the state of California.

I too have just received a call from David Jones stating the same thing.  If I don't call back then he will get his payment from my employer.  He also said to call him back or else, good luck and god bless.
