They call me everyday without any message

Caller tried to tell me I had been selected for a "government grant" and needed personal information so they could send me $5K. Says he was from the federal government.  They were just gong to give me this money to use for good purposes and I could not use it for gambling.... I ***g up.  He even called back.  Sounds like he was from India.  Gave me a fake Washington DC address to when I asked what city he was located in.
