For me it was a one way number attached to Naval Medical Center Balboa, San Diego. Calling to remind me of an appointment.

Do not give this number any of your information! They are people asking for someone else so you will call back and tell them it's a wrong number. Then they s**** asking for your information. I think they are trying to steal peoples iden***y. Do not give any information!!

Eric is right. It _is_ the appt reminder number for the Naval Medical Center San Diego located in Balboa park.  They called me 3 days ahead of my appointment.

Keep receiving calls but when I call back it doesn't answer.  Does anyone know this phone belongs too?

Call and won't say who.  Found out they are phone eavesdroppers listening in to citizens' phone conversations. they make certain individuals their targets and invade their privacy.  "They," represents the Military and Homeland Security individuals who abuse the system and intimidate, harass and pursue innocent individuals on behalf of others who pay them do this.
