Just received a phone call from this number - Jessica at ARC.  She had left a pretty nasty voice mail on my work phone but when I called her back she was cordial.  I agree with the debt but due to being out of work for 11 months told her I would be filing bankruptcy-did not want to but I have no alternative.  She stated a investigation was being conducted  regarding my****ets and income.I wish I could pay it

These people are very rude. They called my # and asked for someone I dont even know. I politely told them that this person does not live at this # and then the guy accused me of lying. I've gotten 4 more calls from them and told them each time to take my # off their list. Well today they called a***n....and a***n the guy accused me of lying to him. I told him not to call this # a***n. S****ed thinking about it throughout the day and decided to call them and ask for a supervisor. I got one and he was more ruder then the guy who had originally called. I told the supervisor that if someone from this # 619-564-6400 called me a***n that I would throw a harassment suit a***nst them. He actually laughed at me. I told him to just try calling me a***n and see what happens. He told me...ok...I'll **** up and call you right back. How unprofessional this company is. I hope someone does sue them one of these days.

I don't owe anyone any money and if they are trying to reach someone else I suggest that they call that person and not me because they will be sorry.

Got a call from them and told me they were an investment agency.  The couldn't find my reference #.  The were yelling across the room to one another. I only called back to get off their list.  They can't be looking for me since I don't owe anyone money.

These guys are s***, they will call your brothers, sisters, all your in=laws, your pastor, your neighbors, even people with the same name. Do not answer, they break the law going a***nst the fair credit reporting act, talking lawsuit, ect. beware of Charles Martinez, the king of all snakes
