You tread lightly, F#@kface.  These people are not lenders or collectors.  You must be a scammer, too.  Oh no, you gonna sue me now?

F*** Off A**hole! Anyone ever talk to my wife like the lady described on this site, I'd find them. YOU better be careful how you talk to people. No one is completely hidden!!

These people called me on my cell phone about an old debt that is beyond the statute of limitations, and I told them that, and then they screamed at me.  I told them I am recording your telephone call, and they still screamed at me.  I told them they were violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act AND the TCPA for calling me on my cell phone without my permission.  I told them to never call me a***n, and I have that all recorded, with them screaming at me.  I'm going to post it on You Tube so other people can hear them screaming at me.  I put their number on my "call screening list" on my cell phone, so now I don't even hear it ring when they call me.If they sue me, I will fight them in court and win, because the debt is beyond the statute of limitations, so it is "time-barred."

Received call from "Mrs Blakley with CRA****ociates" stating that the IRS had filed a 1099 a***nst me for an old credit card debt"you defaulted on". When questioned about the IRS filing a lawsuit a***nst me without my knowledge she replied "That is why I'm calling you to prevent a suite being filed." At that point ***g up on her and I called the IRS and told the whole story to them and (while they were laughing almost uncontrollably) an agent said "From what I see the IRS has you clean as a whistle from 2001 until now619 and she wasn't retained by us. People think if they mention us that they can scare you into writing them a check. We have nothing filed a***nst you nor going to be filed a***nst you."

I will NEVER pay a debt collector.  I have always paid the original creditor no matter what they tell me to do.  I will continue to do that and if they ever refuse my money, oh well............

Credit collectors are the s*** of the earth.  (are you listening mr or ms "Pro Lender"?)I NEVER deal with collectors and ONLY pay the original creditor, even it it is $5 a month, you are showing "good faith" (for the lawyer types) and when you are making good faith efforts, it is nearly impossible for the ****s to exert pressure, not to mention that if you pay the original creditor the collectors can't take 1/2 or more of the money you payLETS PUT COLLECTORS OUT OF BUSINESS!  NEVER PAY THEM A PENNY!  ONLY PAY THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR AND DO IT WITH A CHECK, NEVER A CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD!!!

these people are rude, extremely rude and not helpful. I am not the person the recording asked for so I thought I would be nice and call them to let them know, plus they are calling on my cell phone.  They yelled at me for jotting down the wrong case number and not having the full name of the person they were calling for.  They told me to get the right case number next time and call back.  I AM NOT THE PERSON!  I dont want them to call back, which is why I called them back. When I called that number, the girl was even more rude.  This is unbelievable.

Please be aware that this could be an iden***y theft scam!  In order to prove that you are NOT the person they are trying to contact, you may be asked to provide your social security number and a credit card number.  This happened once before to me (and, of course I refused) and now, when I receive calls that are ***ue and somewhat threatening (as was the call****ociated with this number), I do NOT return them!!!!

They called me too.  I told Michelle what happened when my wife had cancer 3 years ago and I had to go get a job. ( I was a stay at home dad )  She cut one of my wife's credit card bills down to 2500 ( I owed 10o00 just on the credit limit )  Anyway, I had to get it resolved because their was a judgement on the bill and they were gonna take like 15% of my paycheck.  Just tell her what happened and she'll probaly help you.

"Michelle" 866-374-6604 and "Mr. Adams" 619-573-4469 are 2 of the rudest "Law frim" employees/owners? (or are they truly junk debt collectors?) that I have ever spoken with. Their good-cop/bad-cop routine had me crying and then the belittling s****ed. Eventually each of them screamed (actually screamed) at me, I was told to shut-up (7 or 8 times). I was told to shut my trap even when I was quiet out of disbelief of what was happening! I was told I was worthless & ******. After having been somewhat caring at one point early on, Michelle told me she wasted her time being nice to me because, as she put it, "I can't stand people like you. How ****** can you be? I don't care anything about you. Do you know how many sob stories I hear. 99% of the people I talk to say they never even had a credit card. You're all a bunch of liars." The sob story she refers to is my response to her question about why I haven't paid a bill I believed had been paid since 2001! I finally stopped talking all together and she kept up her rant for another 2 minutes then ***g up.Nice reputable sounding company!! Not! I wonder if the otther people in the office get joy out of listening to their fellow workmates be so abusive? They probably feed off of each other, bacause I cannot imagine upstanding human beings tolerating such behavior from someone they worked with! If I worked with them I would report such behavior, so i must be their accepted way of dealing with the public.
