Just as the comment before, David Parascand has tried to scam me for $900 sending me a legal do***ent to sign pretending to be a minister that "does good to people because no one wants to help". Good thing I looked up the property I was about to lend and it happened to be for someone else. Be aware, and research the people you are talking to. He's already been reported .

This man “David Parascand” presented himself to be a minister helping homeless people and scammed me and my fiancée out of $265 yes****ay for s****ing rent for a home. It was all we had and now we are homeless and broke. It is unfair that people like this get to walk free.
