I have TrueCaller app installed, normally these calls get filtered. However this number managed to bypass my app filter leaving the usual message on my voicemail. Clearly spam.

Keep calling but not real

Claiming I committed fraud on my tax returns and I must call them back. IRS does not call, they notification via mail.

Claiming in very intense tone "hiding from government." Demanded return call. Nope.

Caller left message that's not even grammatically correct - "Which you are hiding from the Federal Government. This needs to be rectified immediately. So do return the call on our direct line number the number is 619-659-7840. A***n 619-659-7840. Thank you." *clearly a SCAMMER

Demanded a return call.

Message received: Revenue service the matter at hand is extremely time sensitive and urgent as after all that we found that there was a fraud and was condit on your tax filing which you are hiding from the federal government this needs to be rectified immediately so do return the call on our direct line number. The number is 619-659-7840 a***n 619-659-7840. Thank you.

Formerly a ****o and ****** service, this number now claims to be IRS fraud division

Any Automative or robotic calls, I **** up. This was clearly robotic. It was a voice message left, but I'm sure it's IRS. I'm up to date on my IRS an IRS do NOT call, nor email, NOR text, nothing. They only mail. When in doubt go to your local IRS office and see how much you really owe. They will confirm you that they don't call. They will mail only. DO NOT fall for them.

Demanded I return call because they said I was hiding money from the government. They said it was urgent I call them back.
