Like all the above comments, I continue to receive calls from this number and would like for them to stop.  Thanks.

Calls at all times of the day and night. When I answer the phone, no one is there. I just now attempted to call them back, and got an answering ma****e.  I told them to halt the calls, and advised I will be taking appropriate steps to report the calls as "harassment" to the appropriate State officials.

I keep getting calls from this number, no one is there and when you call back you are told the mailbox is full.  Very annoying!!

A couple weeks before these characters began to call, I stopped my Daily News paper subscription.  Then when the calls began, I asked the person not to call because I was not interested in buying anymore magazines and because my number was on the do not call list.  Here is the kicker, the caller told me that it's within his right to call because I am a past customer!  these people have been calling my home every night for the last 3 weeks between 8 & 8:30! I even c****ed my phone service to try and screen them out but not even AT&T is able to keep them off of my phone line!

It's been three weeks now. Every week night between 7:30 - 8:00pm, this number calls. Never leaves a message, never says anything. I just answer it and put the phone next to the stereo speakers, or tv, so when I pick up, they get a loud noise.*****, thats the least I could do. Also, I don't know if it will work but I just placed a complaint on www.ftc.gov Just fill out the Consumer Complaint and put that number in.

Calls from this number reoccur regularly.  When the caller is there when phone is answered it is for subscribing to the Tri-City Herald newspaper in Kennewick WA.  I want the calls to stop.  Never leave a message and calls usually come between 7:30 - 8:00PM.

CALL ME ALL THE TIIME ALSO.  I DON'T PICK  UP CALLS ON NUMBERS I DON'T RECOGNIZE AND THEY DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE.  CALL AROUND 7:30 FREQUENTLY.

keep getting calls from this number. Number shows on my cell's caller ID.  No message is left.  Return call and it went straight to a mailbox with no intro.  Other times have called and received mailbox full.  How can we stop these people from wasting my airtime minutes!!!!!

This number keeps calling me at different times of the day. It has called as late as 8:00 PM even on weekends. I live in Georgia. I recently discovered that they are a telemarketer that is being used by the Athens Banner Herald. I cancelled my subscription almost 2 years ago due to lousy service. Since then this number has been calling me. Maybe this is supposed to be my penance for dropping their paper.

its a newspaper subscriber, they want you to leave your phone number if you don't want them to call you anymore is what it said when I called or they will continue to call endlessly to get you to subscribe, they will take you off the list if you don't want the paper or they will continue to call until your completely nuts, how kind of them if its true...

They call all the time but one day they accidently let it go through to my voice mail (they usually **** up before that) but all I heard was some guy heavy breathing before they ***g up. I'm thinking it is harassment and they could probably be prosecuted for it.We don't take a newspaper so they shouldn't be trying to sell us a subscription, we are on the "Do Not Call List". Also, we live in GA so they must be doing it all over the country.

I have received this call for the past two days.  They don't leave a message so I'm not picking it up.

This number calls me all the time.  No one is ever there if I answer.I tried to use Call Block today and Call Block won't allow this number to be blocked.What a PAIN!
