None of the *******s children had a job. all they do is fly around on the company dime living off somebody else and having a good time, even hiring **********s on yachts for his boys. disgusting

Three Rivers Provider Network or TRPN is a scam. CEO and founder Blaine ******* has been charged with tax evasion. DO NOT DO dealings with them or give them your personal info. They will try to obtain your tax id to commit more fraud

This is Blaine *******s company three rivers. Blaine ******* was indicted and ******* pleaded guilty to all 13 counts of fraud and tax evasion. He was forced to leave the US and hides all over the world re inventing himself with new businesses and marriages. He uses his yachts under personal accounts to entertain **********s and ******s. A Very bad man and compulsive cheater and liar

TRPN is a scam founded by Blaine ******* who is a serial cheater in every way. He has widely used his yachts for this purpose as well as pros***ution ******* hires ******s and call girls during employee outings that include his own family as parti****nts. He now hides in Europe being married while keeping girlfriends and off s**** accounts all over the world

Our office just received a fax asking for our NPI and stating that it is not a contract. They call themselves TRPN Data Entry. I don't believe these people and am notifying everyone about this scam.

Yep..they tried to fool a client of ours into divulging information. But she was weary enough to ask us about it...(Good job, Jackie!)

Do not send them info.  This company will use your NPI to sign you up for discount contracts with UHC insurances, and try to obligate you to accept 25% discounts as payment in full.

Received at fax from 619-677-2480 when I tried to call the number listed with a question the circuits are busy.  Is this a scam?

I have also received several fax's from this number and check out their website, http://www.trpnppo.com/index.html is this website legitimate? There is also another website http://www.threeriversprovidernetwork.net/abou*****tml which appears to be a copy. I emailed their California contact to verify who they are.

Received a fax requesting NPI and Tax ID#, practice location and billing address. Noted that the address of the company TRPN Data Entry has the city as Chula Vista Zip code 91915 at the top of the form, but has the city as San Diego Zip code 92101 at tje bottom of the form. Sure this is a scam to steal tax information from the company.

I don't know how they are. Sounds a little strange that they want so much personal info. , but you can't get a  person to answer the phone....just voice mail only

Recieved faxes from 619-677-2480, with the ***le, "Important Claims Processing Information. NPI Required." It asks for information to be faxed to: (866) 434-3173; emailed to [email protected]: or mailed to a San Diego address.  Below the form is an ad about how TRPN is saving children in Uganda, Africa.

received a fax from this number requesting NPI and EIN for claim processing. TRPN Data Entry is the name they are using for their company. Signed by Save the Children of Africa.(sponsering done in Uganda Africa.)

Received a fax from 619-677-2480, 2 pages requesting a W9 form be returned to them and a 1-page contact / agreement be signed.  The contract lists their business name as Three Rivers Provider Network, an 800# to call them at and an address in San Diego.
