This number was from "Field Research" and they were asking me survey questions about my position at AT&T, Business Mgr. They asked things like: Did you take at least a 30 minute lunch daily (that would be NO), Did you take 2 breaks to get away from your work daily (that would be NO) and an****ortment of other questions that directly related to my position at AT&T. Not sure why they are asking these questions, but I wanted them to have my input.Caller: Field Research for AT&TCall Type: Survey
I have received calls from this number everyday for the past week. I have chose to ignore them since the caller ID warns me that it is for FIELD RESEARCH. They never leave a msg. This past Friday I received 3 calls back to back from them. So getting frustrated I decided to answer the phone and blast my music in the phone to **** them off! LOL! Guess that didn't work since they called me back a***n on Sa****ay. Everybody needs to make a living but **** they should know when a person is not interested. On to the next one. Take me off of the list. Thanks for the previous responses it confirms that I was right by not answering the calls.
Call log:11:06 AM, Pacific Standard Time, February 20th of the year 2010Call Info:Was informed at the beginning of the call that it would last no longer than 5 minutes. The female surveyor, who spoke with a hispanic/latino accent, asked me a series of questions regarding my thoughts and feelings on the swine flu, and for other personal information (examples: age, ethnicity, etc.), and after eating up 3 additional minutes of my time, after the first 5 had past (making that 8 minutes), had the nerve to ask me if I was located in the Los Angeles County. She had begun the conversation by informing me that she was calling on behalf of "such-and-such" to survey the residents of Los Angeles County. She s****ed surveying me BEFORE she made sure that I was even ELIGIBLE to parti****te in the survey.Extra Annoyances:One of the questions that she had asked during the survey was if my lack of interest in the swine flu ****s was due to INELIGIBILITY. When asked if she knew what number she had called, in response to her asking if I was located in Los Angeles County, eight minutes later, she briefly informed me that the numbers are randomly selected by some sort of automated system, so that she had no possible way to know who, or where she was calling, before she continued with the survey, and I abruptly ended the conversation.Caller ID: 619-684-7898

A guy called me and told me his name was Randy and he was taking a survey. I told him I did not want to take a survey and asked that he remove my number from his directory. His exact words to me were, "Blah, blah, blah, *****!!" I called the number back and the company I was calling got my phone number because I said I would like to be part of a survey and that they may call me back. I have never signed up to take any survey and because they are lying, they do not give you an opportunity to leave a message or speak to anyone.

I to kept getting this number on my cell phone till I answered it. It's a political survey about health care, and at the end the person asked me if I would mind being put on a list to be interviewed by a newspaper reporter. That's all really. But they did know my first name, which I found very odd.
