Sent me an official lease and my approval from "HUD" The letter head had no address He askedd me to pay deposit and first months with Zelle (can't get your funds back once sent) I said no, may I use my credit card. He said they don't take credit cars and to go to a store and load a cash card. He tried to scam me through only texts. He would not talk to e personally. This guy is a very sophisticated scammer. After he asked for payment through Zelle or Cash card, I knew it was a scam. Played along with him until the end to find out how he worked his room rental scam.

He tried to scam me with a room for rent in San Francisco. Said it was at 439 Tehama Street.

Rental Scammer. Has apt listing in Roomster and fake IG profile. Will try to get your information and scam you out of an apartment that doesnt exist. Will send you an email from [email protected]. No such company. Dont fall for it.
