Have been calling me since yes****ay, 12/10/14 a few times a day. No voice or sound until it has a recording that just says "Good'by" in a female's voice and then ****s up. It also may **** up as soon as you answer it.

Got multiple calls from # with no answer im in NY and definitely do not know anyone in San Diego. Its a spam ma****e calling random #s.

this is NOT spam. its the free phone from county jail. its in the first holding cell u are put in when u arrive at jail after being arrested. it looks like a payphone but makes free local calls. of course u can not call it back, there is no way to call in to a jail phone, they only call out. answer this call it is a friend or loved one who is in trouble and probably had to wait a long time for their turn to use the phone.

answer i**** is the jail free phone only available in the 1st couple cells. Someone is trying to get a hold of you to probably bail them out. You will not be able to call them back and they won't be able to call cellular phones after they move past 1st floor, they should be able to leave a message though to a cell phone from the free phone

I let a teenager use my phone to call "work" because he was late - mistake. Ever since that I have been receiving these phone calls. I had it blocked by my phone provider. I'll never let anyone borrow my phone a***n.

This is probably someone you know that got arrested after 12am and they are calling you from downtown San Diego jail. They've recently been arrested and have access to this phone until they are taken to a cell (County has fake call back numbers, you'll never get through)

Got calls @ 2am today. Caller ID says City of San Diego as well

Keep getting calls s****ing from midnight and throughout the morning. Called back, syas the number is not in service. When the answering ma****e takes it, it has music in the background.

Called at almost 1 in the morning like 5 times then left an extremely quiet voicemail i couldnt hear or understand

called 3 times at 4am. when i called it back it was disconnected.

Same thing as others, it called me at 11:30 pm and no message. Number was disconnected.

Call at 7:21 A.M. on Sunday Morning, I called back and it was disconnected.

Received a call after 10:30 pm last night and a***n this morning. The caller did not leave a message. Caller ID says "SD CTY OF." Like others, I called to see who the caller was but the recording says the number is disconnected.

It is the San Diego downtown Jail.

called at 4 pm, didn't answer. i'm in san diego. these roaches need to be shut down.

They called 7:21pm and I ignored the call because I don't pick up numbers I don't recognize. They called a***n at 7:22pm and 7:23pm, then they made a final attempt at 8:05pm.

Caller ID listed a "SD City of" phone number. Number was called back, recording said number was "disconnected".

The number is from the San Diego holding cell at the jailhouse.
