Spaming the public should be a crime. How can these people live with themselves?

I got ****ered into filling out one of those pop-up ad things online from my phone. Next thing I know... the calls s**** rolling in. They are a telemarketing place wanting to know if I'm interested in furthering my education. SPAM

I didn't recognize the phone number so I let it ring. DIdn't leave a message so must not be a "real" call. If it happens a***n, the number is going into my call block app.
