Looks like it is a repeated pattern. Received a call from this number around 4:00 am

This is some creepy **** in San Diego near Balboa Park making prank phone calls late at night. Found seven complaints saying the same thing on a different site. Tonight is the first time that he has called me, but the other posters have said he calls repeatedly in the early morning hours. If he calls me a***n I plan to report it. The call is a heavily breathing male trying to disguise his voice in a ho**** whisper. I could not hear most of what he was saying because he was speaking so low, but it still creeped me out. Pretty sure I know what he wanted to talk about.
