Called and left no message nor do they answer when you call back

I received a phone call today 5/19/2011 at 8:48 am central time from this number but I didnt answer. They left no voicemail so I called the number back. It was a generated message asking to hold while they retrieve my records. Then it stated that a colleage, family member, or friend has left me a message using Hey Cosmo services and press 1 to retrieve message. When I pressed 1 it said no messages could be located. Luckily I am able to block this number from calling my cell a***n.

I didnt recognize the number so i didnt answer and they left no voicemail. I called the number back and I believe it is nothing more than spam from Hey Cosmo. Fortunately I am able to block the number from calling my cell a***n.
