Yes, ma****e said they were "trying to get hold of me" and that I was being sued by the IRS. Gave me some kind of number, no time to write it down. When I called back no answer. I live in Seattle, this call was from San Diego area code. Smells like Spam.

Said I was being sued by the Federal Government for Tax Evasion, stated he was calling from the Dept of Tax & Crime Investigation of the IRS, identified himself as Benjamin Mill Badge ID 975431, a certified package was sent to me on 07/07/2015, no one to sign, slip was left to inform me, I received nothing, I told him the IRS does not make calls, I would contact the IRS directly and asked him for the Case #, call went silent, did not disconnect, I have received two partial messages on my voice mail for this number so I called back, this is a Tax Scam.
