Person claiming to be a Dish Network representative and asked if I was interested in lowering my bill.

I am constantly blocking numbers from a 620 area code that I do not know, every time I do, they call from a new number or leave some stupid message on my phone. The number they called from this time was (620) 206-1801

I answered no one was there I hung up and then block the number I wish these people would get a life
