ok, this occurred to me just now and I see all the others above...so WHAT IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT ????? Operator says it is no longer a working number or has c****ed its area code. How is this happening?

Got a call from this number and a Spanish speaking woman s****ed speaking, it lasted about ten seconds and the call was disconnected. The tone of the the voice made it sound like a warning but don't speak Spanish so don't know for sure.
