I got two calls from a "Mark Stevens," someone with a thick accent, which asked either me or my lawyer to contact them immediately. There was some ominous hint of legal repercussions, which can make anyone nervous. I imagine it does have to do with some online payday loan, which I did look into without ever agreeing to anything. I'm not sure if it is related, but I caught someone trying to take out two unauthorized checks payable to EZMoney4U.com just recently as well. My bank stopped that **** in its tracks. I called this number back, but there was a busy signal. I'm a little disappointed, because I was prepared to fully chew them out after reading similar stories here. I agree, it has SCAM written all over it.

This number called me several times claiming I owed them from a online loan. They said they were pressing charges a***nst me and they wish me the best of luck for what happens to me. I called back, asked about my case and they gave me the details. I called back a***n and told them the phone call was being recorded. They immediately ***g up. I called a***n and asked the details on my case and the supervisors name and the****ociates name helping me. The supervisors name was the same last name at mine.( my last name is not common, whatsoever) When I questioned him about that he told me to quit calling and that he'd charge me for harassment.

Got the same call that everyone else got. The get your information because certain loan service sell your information.

I recevied a threatening phone call from them saying that I was going to be arrested if I did not pay them. When I asked who I owed they could not tell me and then s****ed talking about my credit report. I said I would call the credit bureau myself and they told me not to becuase then they would have to issue the arrest warrent because my town was a no tolarance town. Please someone put my mind at ease and tell me these are truly scammers becuase I have no idea what they are talking about and they won't quit calling

It was some indian guy with a thick accent. He said that someone was suing me over a loan and the only loans I have are student loans which are paid 4 months in advance. He said that he was sending the cops to my previous work place and to my home address. Scarey thing is he had the last four digits of my social, my employer address, my home address, and my name. They said they were with some law office to be honest this one scared me to ***** because he s****ed screaming at me when I told him I wouldn't download anything he sent.

CAlled 15 times in 15 minutes and left very rude messages and said I would be unemployeed in a week. Then when I called the number back it was a busy signal. Totally a scam

They called my boss, at my new job saying that if i didn't contact them that day it would be too late, he left the name James Anderson, from the Man Law firm. When I called him he said i was being sued for a payday loan from American Cash in the amount of $989.23 this included interest and late fees. He threatened me saying if i didn't pay at least $500.00 that he could not get the court to work with me. I really hope this guy is caught, I tried to get the information from him so I could contact this supposed lender but was immediately told he could not give it as it would be a conflict of interest, I have never used american cash, never even heard of them. Here is so****ing else, how many of these people on here applied for an online loan for so****ing and then got a call from this man trying to squeeze money out of .

Don't believe any thing from this number. They had all of my personal info and said i was being sued for a payday loan i never recieved. I argued with them and asked for their info and to talk to a supervisor. All they did was threaten me, saying i would go to jail and loose my job. I hope some one can find these guys. By the way they have a heavy indian accent and said they were from cash net usa.

Total scam. Don't send this guy any money; probably works out of his car trying to collect money from green dot cars. I've talked to Marion Police, they've been receiving calls. Hopefully they catch this s***bag before he rips off too many people.

I received two threatening calls from this numberf today. One at work and one on my private cell phone. Man said his name was Mark Spencer and if I didn;t deal with him so****ing bad was going to happen to me on Monday. I have recorded call and am filing police report. Beware.

They called me at work which is really odd as I just s****ed my new job. When I tried to call back the number would not connect or go through.

Unsure called me for a legal reason and they could not give me any information so I believe they are a phony.
