Keep calling our number harassing us...for someone else's name! I am going to have the phone company keep track of how many times they call. It is just wrong!

Yes, and the use the phase "you are on a recorded line". I thought so.

They claim to be the Law Offices of Joe Pezutto but they are just a debt collector sub contracting for a Denver based debt collector who bought up Wells Fargo debt. They hope that by calling from a "Law Office" they can scare people into paying. They have to obey the same rules as any other debt collector and have no special status by being owned by a lawyer
