Suggested they were *** calling about my services. Not legit

Called several times but ***ody there when answered. Searched number and learned it is a mobile number issued by Qwest Comminications. Other posts say the callers claim to be *** Communications for late payment. Not sure why *** would have a Qwest mobile number for late payment reminders. Bogus!

This is ***'s number for delinquent accounts.

*** only calls from 602 numbers. I dont know how they get your info but I hadn't made a payment for two months because I had a large credit on my account. This number called and asked for me. I told her she had the wrong number, so she asked for the other account holder and I told her he wasn't available but she could speak to me. The first huge clue that it was a scam was that she wanted to take a payment from me, even though I claimed not to be an account holder. And then when she said I owed over $200 and that they hadn't received a single payment from me since january, I knew she was wrong. I told her the account holders already sent in a payment and ***g up. Immediately I called *** and they said I still had my credit and that Ive never missed a payment and they also told me that THIS IS NOT A *** NUMBER! They reported it to a supervisor.

why when they call, i answer, and they just **** up on me. ******

If this is a cable company- why are they calling people in Montana?  *** communications doesn't supply service here.

Got a call from this number........I answer....all I hear is "****o" type music.  No voice, no person....just bow chica wow wow music.

This is a SCAM call - *** does not call you and ask for your account info.  I checked with *** before giving out any info and confirmed that this is NOT ***.  BEWARE.
