Home buying scam

Dealt with this a hole. Set up a contract. Did the inspection, and 3 weeks later when we were supposed to close, sends an addendum in the tiniest print to extend closing and 40,000 less. Thankfully I'm not a fool. Use a better company! Offerpad gave me more money than this loser who is still sending me atrocious texts.

Same scam for me. Wants to buy a home in Mesa AZ I do not own. I get texts. I get calls. I get called a ***got. I point out that my name is MR ***GOT to him.

He is trying to buy a property I dont own. Texted and I baited him......he was going to send me the contract to sign for a home I did not own and located in Arizona (Mesa area). I live in the opposite side of the country!
