called twice within a minute. Left a message both times. Left a "Ticket number" that had no numbers in it. Said they were contacting me about my account. I have no account.

called me twice and left 2 voicemails in the matter of two minutes first voicemail said a bunch of letters for a ticket thing the second voicemail said they have important message regarding my account

Claiming that there is a problem with my account and that I need to call them as soon as possible. Referenced a ticket number, but it was a jumbled mess, and I couldn't understand it. They called my work phone.

That so****ing was wrong on my account and they needed me to contact the company as soon as possible.

they call and claim to be Children and Families, then once they get you on the phone they try and tell you that you have been over paid by your Local Children and Families department (Welfare/Foodstamps) and want you to repay the over payment.... this is a scam...to not listen to them, they have other phone numbers set up for you to call, so that they can try to convince you they are real.
