When I picked up the line, a message says, "please hold for an important message from a banking ins***ution."  I hold for 10-15 seconds, and it says someone will be with you shortly.  Another 10-15 seconds, and a young male voice says, "Hello", to which I respond*****o, then silence.  I repeat*****o, and then begin pushing numbers and **** up.  What's the deal with these nuts?I do not have an account with Wells Fargo, and do not have any HELOCs.

A call from a guy claiming to be from Wells Fargo about my loan not being current.  He hacked up a few sentences, then apologized since he saw my loan was current.  He interrupted himself, and tried to convince me to go on automatic withdrawal, which I declined.  He said ok thanks, and ***g up the phone.  Quite strange.

If you **** on the phone for a few seconds someone does come on the the line. they call during your grace period if you have not paid your equity line payment right on the day it is due and they call several times a day until they get a hold of you.

IT'S WELLS FARGO, Wells Fargo phoned yes****ay, Sa****ay, at 8:04 am no one on the line, then a***n at 8:21 am.  A***n, no one on the line.Today, Sunday, Wells Fargo has phoned SIX times.  9:35am, 10:58am, 12:06 pm, 1:11 pm, 2:19 pm, and just a while ago at 3:29 pm.  The day isn't over and they are not answering THEIR phone.  When does this become HARASSMENT AND WHO CAN HELP???
