This number is a scam; don't give them any of your personal information. They called me, purported to be American Express fraud division, and when I called back they couldn't call up my card number by my name (like AMEX can) and so I ***g up and called the number on the back on my AMEX card. AMEX confirmed that there was no problem with my card and that they do not call customers from any 623 area code.
