This is american express. The one that claims to be the most secure card. Did not want to accept the evidence I provided for an overcharge from a merchant of 17K and now they call every day asking for payment even when this is being dealt legally

This is yet another of American Express' collection call phone numbers. Yes, I'm a little behind on my AmEx bill (dates back to an injury earlier this year when I had to miss work). That obviously means that they should call me a zillion times each day.
