If this is Discover, it sure seemed fishy. The representative asked too many questions. I refused to answer and will block.

I got a call from this number from someone asking for my ***her. I don't have a Discover card, and my ***her would never have given Discover my cellphone number. I found out that Sears founded Discover. Sears has my cellphone number, so it's possible that Sears gave Discover my number.

I have received 10 calls from this number in 4 days. I do not answer unknown numbers, especially when not from my state. They have never left a voicemail. I have blocked this number but am still notified when I receive a phone call from blocked numbers. I looked it up, and saw that it is Discover. I consider it spam, because they never leave a voicemail.

This is DiscoverCard collections.  I owe them, and make payments as agreed, but they keep calling.

I continue getting calls from this number -- seems to be an attempted fax.

This is an actual number for Discover Card customer service. I recently complained about c****es to make account, and they called to follow up.
