ok this number keeps comming up on my caller ID Then when my ma****e picks up they **** up.I try calling it back and it always says this number is no longer in service, even tho they called me 1 minute earlier. I have gotten calls from this  number maybe 50 times in the last year. the caller ID says the name is value village t ???????

Called w/ no message; tried returning call twice...first time it rang 4 times & went dead 2nd time it rang twice & went dead...no voice mail or answer.
