some man claiming to be from a law firm saying that i owed a loan and they were going to sue me i told them i have already filed for bankruptcy and told them pursuant to the FCRA to stop calling me

these ****s called me and claimed to be attorneys and that I wwas in big trouble with my social security number. they got really rude and resorted to swearing and other putdowns. then he said he would **** me and my family. they are sick.

Avoid this number! Scam to collect on a debt that you don't owe. When they are confronted with Fair Debt Collection they become VERY nasty. Then you confront them with using foul language and threats which is another breach of the law they **** up. Report the****holes to your state's AG consumer fraud division.

Online Payday loan company threatening to sue me over an unpaid loan for someone named Denny. Same Indian man using different american names each time ( have gotten Jack Davis, Christopher Armstrong, Peter Jones)****** language used, very rude, obnoxious and insulting. Funny thing is I have never in my life taken out a payday loan especially online and I keep getting these harassing calls. I explained to them that they have the wrong person and number and yet they just keep calling. Received a 3am call with the same ****. I shouldnt have to c****e my **** number becuase of some idiot! Ignore the calls, not worth the stress!

I recieved a call from this number, stating that there was a criminal charge a***nst me for a payday loan that was never paid. The guy said his name was Christopher Roberts he has a heavy accent maybe indian not sure. He treated to have me arrested if I did pay the debt there is no debt to be paid. I looked this number up on other sites and theres been complaints on same exact information. These guys are scammers and to be stopped they are just trying to extort money from people. Be careful if you get a call from this number.
