Who Called: Michael Anderson with IRS

I received a missed call on march 23, 2017 with phone 626-297-2579 and when I called back I got a voice mail "Michael Anderson with IRS". When I checked the internet everyone claiming scam too saying they got the same voicemail when they called back. This person is a scammer probably trying to get sss number etc. so i Just blocked that phone off my cell.
