This number called looking to speak to my wife. When I called the number back, no one answered. This number is persistent.

I received a call this morning informing me that I'm being sued & I have an upcoming court date. He doesnt know why I'm being sued, but refers me to call 888-320-0994 with case# ____. I dont know if this call was real or not but I'm thinking its not. I have no idea who would sue me. Plus dont you get served in-person? Not over the phone? I find this call su****ious
