I look at it this way if you use a S****ED number to call my phone, THEN I DONT NEED TO TALK TO YOU> How can I block this number???

Just got the call too, automated system says press 3 to be removed.  When you do, automated says 3 is not a valid option...... interesting!!!!

Just got a call and read these posts.  When I read about the "win a cruise" I immediately wondered if any of you have signed up with Ambit energy lately??  When I signed up they said about EARNING a trip.  I haven't done anything lately that my number should have been given to solicitors other than c****ing electric companies.

5/9/11 6:37PM SE Wi.  Just got called from 626-521-5505. Caller ***g up.

Just got a call from this #. Did not answer as i did not know who it was. No msg left so figured it was one of those auto-dialers the ba*****t telemarketers use. Will block this number. Just so irritating! Also had one from a 240 # on Friday trying to sell me reduced insurance. I just ***g up on the foreigner.

Called more than once. Never answered.

Just got the call. Didn't answer as I didn't recognize the area code. Looked it up and found this site!

Caller said if you stay on you may win a trip for 2 to Bermuda (or so****ing close to that).

Rec'd a call. did not answer it. will block it.

I just got the same call and they left no message.  I'm sick of these kinds of calls all day....with no messages.  I'm supposed to be on a 'NO CALL LIST'..  Anyone have any idea how to get rid of these nuisance calls???

I recieved this call on 4/29/11. When I looked at the number on my cell phone I noticed it was from california. What part of california - I don't know, it didn't say. I'm a writer and I have two short stories copyrighted at the U.S. Copyright Office in washington, D.C. and published on a european site called writebuzz.com. So I thought it was related to my work. I got excited and answered the call. I was redirected to a person in florida. It's a scam for a two day, two people cruise ship in florida. I lived in miami, florida for a year and I've sen a lot of cruise ships there. But, I still know this is  a scam. It could be business people in a corporate boiler room (conspi****). It's bad enough we get things like this in our emails. My phone is prepaid. Prepaid phones are open too many malicious calls. People should report these scammers. Don't give them your debit or credit card numbers. Watch out for those calls. Great job with the comments everyone.

I'm listed with the do-not-call list as well. My point is why create it if it's not going to be effective? I don't answer calls I don't recognize.

I have my cell registered with donotcall.gov but, that didn't matter. I'm from the Philadelphia area and can't understand how someone in the San Gabriel, CA area got my number. I reported the call to the Do Not Call Registry. They****ure me an investigator will get back to me. (Have no fear, our Government is on the job and as all of us know, they are here to help us!!  --  Don't hold your breath, I'm not.)

This is an automated spam message regarding winning a cruise. Once you answer the call they will call you relentlessly.

I received a call too. Did a reverse number look up and it is an unpublished number from Covina-Baldwin Park California.
