just called it back and its WCA subsrcibers either telemarketer or con job be aware

got a call from them and then i found out that this number has been charging long distance calls to my number wish i could stop it and have them pay for the charges

Same here. no message. fyi for iphone userstheres an iphone app to blacklist numbers like thiscalled Iblacklist.
