caller said they were from the IRS and they have been trying to reach me, although this was the first call I got. They said the IRS was filing a lawsuit a***nst me.

Left message on answering ma****e that the IRS was suing me, asking me to call 202 239 ***6. Odd, since the IRS would pursue criminal charges, not civil charges. I called the number and got a Magic Jack adverti*****t, urging me to log onto their website, then it says the Magic Jack number I called was not yet****igned, then I got the standard "The number you have called can not be completed as dialed..."

Says this is my final notice that I am being sued by the IRS. Complete scam, can't believe they think people would fall for this. Told me to call a (253) number.
