nothing is owed to any bank and they call at terrible hours - I've read about similar complaints about the number.

Probably a bill collector. They keep calling and never leave messages, or don't speak when spoken to. I generally ignore their calls anymore. Although it is annoying. I have VOIP from my cable company, so I know I can block them, I just have to find the directions...

No one there when I pick up. I find it interesting the other statements that this is BOA - I have no accounts with BOA, and never will. My personal thoughts are that the big banks can go to*****.

It's a collection agency whose employees pose as Bank of America account services representatives. They scam people into making payments to them, but if you've seen the Dateline NBC and 20/20 under cover reports, they are all shady. They take people's money, supposedly for an authorized payment toward a debt, but are really committing fraud--breaking the law and stealing people's money. They lie about who they are and where the money is going. Don't answer...report all calls from this number (list all times and dates...i know, its probably 3-5 times per day) to "https://www.donotcall.gov/". It is the governments consumer protection agency and the sooner people s**** reporting these telemarketing con-men, the sooner they will be put in prison. It takes 31 days from registering to report a complaint, which is off-putting I know, but patience pays off and, registering your phone number in the system supposedly makes it illegal for any telemarketers to call you.

This number will not stop calling me. No messages will be left. I receive a call from this number 2 to 3 times a day. Very interuptive!

Calls every couple days,no message...who & why?I have answered they ask for my husband.I tell them hes not home and ask who's calling I ask if they would like to leave a message-nope and Bye. I get tired of signing up for the do not call registery-yet we get numerous unknown calls

Will BOA work out a payment plan?....They wait till you go over the limit and you cant pay...this is a scam....I hate BOA....One person tells you one thing another person tells you so****ing different they all lie

its a scam!!!i just got my new number yes****ay night one so how would they have it and too i dont have bank of america and if i did and it was past due or whatever how would they have my new number if i havent given it out yet! its so fake

This number has been calling my cell phone for about a month now. It always rings once and then ****s up. It is very annoying.

This is without a doubt Bank of America,They *****ed up on my account and made a 4,200 deposit on my credit card. I notified them of the mistake and requested they remove it imediatly the did not but a teller paid the money out. I was forced to c****e my account numbers and still fought with them for a year and a half. They turnd my account over to a collection agency and reported it to the credit bereau to mess with my credit.I filed a complaint with the credit bereau , Its under investigation and has had no effect on my credit rating so far. I finaly refused to do anymore busiess with them and have c****ed my banking to a different bank.I refuse to have any more comunications with them in reguards to this situation.But they still continue to herass me on a daily basis.I would not recomend banking with BofA under any cir***stances I have for many years without any problems but once you have a problem the only way they will resolve it is at your expense.They use a number of phone numbers: mostly 866 ,626, caller ID usually indicates not availabe or unavailabe.

*** it's bank of america card services alright they called me millions of times i got so sick and tired of them calling so i just answered it. some [removed:lang]tried to get rowdy with me. my account was past due and i need to make a payment over the phone. then i went off saying my account is up to date. he snapped at me like no other then at the very end realized my account was actually up to date. didn't apologized just clicked.

Computer glitches, personel not fully reading file. Recieve min. 3 calls month. Walk through file with bank of america and just wait for next call. Maybe I should charge for training their personel! It only gets better.

This number called me at work.  I picked up and stayed on just long enough to hear music and be transferred.  At that point I ***g up.  Then this number called back twice within a few minutes of each other.  Very strange to call me at work.

They called and claimed we were late on a payment to a card we do not hold. We refused to give out personal info over the phone and said we would investigate it with bank of America. We think it is a scam of some sort. we do not have a card with the number they gave us.

They called me twice within 30 minutes. I have no accounts with BofA and I have no intentions on answering the phone. If you got so****ing to say then mail me. If I don't like it I will pitch it. Don't waste my time.

BanKCard (or Banc Card?) Services... they work with multiple credit card companies.  the person I just spoke with said they are not related to bank of America.

I have had several calls in a matter of 10 minutes from this number.  They do not leave a message.  I have no dealings with Bank of America.  Why would they call me?

I get constant calls from this number DURING BABY'S NAP TIME, GRRRR.  I am not overdrawn on anything.  They do not leave a message.  If I pick up, there is no one there.  Why bother calling me then?

This number has called me four times today, s****ing at 9:30AM my time, which would be about 6 am their time.  I have not answered it and have no plans to answer it.  They don't leave a message.

I've received three calls now that I have not answered. I would believe it is BofA as I have been overdrawn for a month.
