Don't let them scare you, tell them that section 401 of the us federal law prohibits them from harassing you and if you have thier address, send them a sieze and d****sit letter which prohibits them from ever contacting you a***n, and if this doesn't work, call you local police department and tell them how they have threaten you.  Let law enforcement deal with them.  all these company did was buy your info and are trying to collect a debt you never incurred with them.  They have absolutely no legal stading on this matter.  tell them you will only deal with the original creditor.  I can even help you with the letter, free of charge, they ****ed me off and I reported them to my local authorities but it takes multiple reports before they get shut down.

This person who called himself Officer Ian Hoffkey or Ianhoffki, don't know spelling or if it is someone with the first name Ian, last name so****ing that sounds like Hoffkey or that is the full last name (sounds like Ianhoffkey) at any rate they had my sons name, where he worked and SS number!!!!!! This is clearly a scam!!!! Where do I report this number that will have legal ramifications to the caller? Oh, he claims to be from the United Nations Legal Department!!!
