So the name is now Charles Brown not Jason Stone.  First what you need to do is call your phone company and ask about call trace and they will   tell that you have been getting these harrassing phone calls.  Also contact your local police and get an incident report.  Once you have call trace the calls go straight to the police.  This happened to me, the calls at work never stopped.  Do not be intimidated by this guys.  These are computer generated calls from India.  If you can report this to the FBI so so****ing must be done about these offs**** call centers in India.  That is where they get all our information.  Do it now you do not need a lawyer.  You need a legal advice.  I consulted a lawyer and he told me that it is fraud.  They cannot threaten you.

Report that harrassing phone call to your police department.  Then call your telephone company to make a trace call they will give you instructions on how to do this.  Report this to the FTC.  They are offs**** from India.  Report it also to the state Atty. General's Office.

I got call from this person Charles Brown at work, he said I am being suied, I told him to send me the paper work and not to call me anymore.  He then called my Mother and brother. And left a detailed message for my boss ***- My boss told me to get a lawyer.  Doug- can I have your lawyer's number

I just found out that the phone number might be a magic jack number and it originates from India.  I posted a video from YouTube about how a lot of ss#s are being sold in Inida.

I got the same message from a Jason Stone telling me to fax an authorization so I can pay the Two ***dred Dollars .  He wants me to give out my SSN and my birthday and also a photo copy of my ID.He cannot give me an address to send the money to or the orginal loan do***ent.

They called me today at wok and was yelling to my manager.   He threatened me about the danger that my family will face.

I got a call on my cell phone from"officer Vin Carter" with the thickest foreign accent so I already knew so****ing was up, so I called and heard other accents in the background saying to callers "can you give me your name please?" BIG TIME SCAM!!!!!!!!

I just received a call today telling me he was an officer Kaven Thomas  from the united states legal outfit so****ing or other, threatining to sue me for an online loan that I never made he was very pushy and rude and told me to get a lawyer well I guess he was surprised when my lawyer contacted him about the matter she said he was rude to her not wanting to give up any information and she told me it was a big scam no to worry about it I just dont see how these people sleep at night... p.s. he also had an accent!!!!!

keeps calling asking for manager and is a foreigner whos ca't even speak English and yells at manager, secretary, and all emplyoyees

Yes this number keeps calling my place of employment saying they are from the united nations and asking my boss info about me . What can I do.

I got a call threatening me that i owe money and if not repaid they would contact my employer. I have no idea who this is.

Called and left message asking to speak to Sam somebody,......I could not make out the last name.Stated that this Sam's  buddy was in trouble for some kind of fraud and gave my number to reach this Sam.  Said if Sam did not call back he could also be held liable for the fraud.  When I  called to state they were calling a wrong number.....that no Sam lived here and I did not know this person. , they asked me how long I had this phone number.  I stated over 5 years.  They stated they would cross me off their list  They were some financial business place and that it was a police officer that left the message.  I thought the person I was talking to sounded like the person that left the message.  Both poke with an accent.

that she is an attorney by the name of jenny smith and if I don't pay 889.45 I will be charged with fraud,theft,and so****ing about check writing.said I have to fax her this letter saying I authorize her to debit my account 889.45 dollars to avoid going to prison what do I do. said she was calling for insta cash usa.

they have been calling and harssing me at home and my work saying that they are   from the some unknown law firm also from the united nations legal department if i dont pay them they are going to come and arrest me for legal fees for a supposed payday loan that does not even ligit they also say that they are an atty they call five or six times a day but from differnt locations one in texas california and so on one says thet he is a supposed police officer what can we do about this my

They called me and said i needed to pay one of my debts or else they are going to call the police dept and have me picked up by the police? They did not speak English very well. asked me weird question and would not support any do***entation!!!! I am still a little freaked out. I dont want cops coming to my work and picking me up?

i got a call that said my bud commited a crime in my name.i am a xcop in mo. and so is my bud so i went to local P.D and had my name ran then i made a report on this number that will be sent to mo.ag.this person pick the wrong number to jack with.

i keep getting threatening phone calls from these people saying im going to jail if i dont pay the money back that i never received.
