I also got a call in Florida at 7:30 in the morning. He said he was from the State Attorney Office in California. (keep in mind, it wouldve been 4:30 AM over there) He said there was a lawsuit in california a***nst me. When I asked for the info and told him to stop scripting and hurry up he got mad at me and wanted an apology. I s****ed in with him, barely gettin a word in, stating that its before 9 am it illegal to call me, and wanted a manager. He said he was the manager. I ***g up, and my phone rang NON-STOP for 40 minutes afterward. Some indian a**hole.

I got a call from this person at my job! He left a message saying that he was Officer Harry Jones with Anderson Law firm, there has been a law suit filed a***nst me and that I needed to respond as soon as I recieved his message. Mind you for the last month or so I have been receiving phone calls from this same person with a heavy accent. Mind you I am in North Carolina.  Thank you so much for this information it is very helpful to know that he is running a scam.

yea i got a call from this guy and just ***g up on him when he was telling me i was being charged with money laundering and fraud and all kinds of wierd s**t and i thought it was funny considering im broke well then he call back and leaves a message saying the cops will be here in 45 min. after reading some of these i decided to mess with him so i called him back and apologized told him my phone lost reception, i then s****ed asking him question like whats his address and thing like that told him why is he in california and im in texas and hes calling me. he said dont worry just pay and you wont do time and if you dont pay your going to do seriouse time. i then told him i am 6 foot 4 280 lbs and have already done 10 years in federal prison and told him if he called me one more time i will come find him . he quickly said sorry for bothering me

I got two phone calls from this number in the past two days, saying that i had a pending lawsuit and if i try to run, they are going to find me. this is a scam. dont answer their calls or give out your information,

Insane they have my work number called and left me a message at 6:45 am.  So I called them back and he said he was agent Daniel Walker and the same thing lawsuit a***nst my name and ssn# so he asked for my attorneys name and number I said NO I will have my attorney call YOU.  I did state to this gentleman(well not so gentleman-very rude) that he was calling a Government Agency and that this was a recorded line-he abruptly ***g up.  I called him back and told him I was speaking and that is was very rude and he replied "what" so I continued with do not call me at work anymore and he said he'd be calling my manager.  And a***n I told him this is a Government Agency and there is no manager but my attorney would be calling him back and he a***n ***g up.  Well we shall see if he ever calls back.

He called my nephew...same story...different name.  This time he is "officer Daniel walker". Callhom back...and text.  He loves it... Give him a taste of ignorance!  He won't take my calls now.  Fight back...they don't like it!  Plus report to the BBB, file a local police report...AND submit it online to the FBI.  Most importantly, don't forget to annoy them!!!  BTW, anyone claiming you owe money...the only thing you tell them is mail it and you will review it.  If they ask for your address, then they are SOL. But if they already have it...research them and do the steps above...report it!

A guy just called with a heavy accent saying that he was from Anderson Law Firm and that there is a lawsuit a***nst my name.  When asked, he could not give me any information but he knew some of my personal info.  The guy got ****ed when I told him that it was a scam and to not call me any more.

Same thing happened here. Guy called with an indian accent? saying his name was John Smith then c****ed it to so****ing else. Scam!

number calls saying he is from a law firm and is pressing charges and is also working with the FBI. he goes on to say they will b there in 45 minutes! Scam! ****** f***face
