High spam alert so I’m not replying. And I blocked the number. I refuse to click on the link. Number appears to be in the San Francisco area.

After I first blocked the class, I later confirmed with my doctor's office that this is a service they use to remind patients of upcoming appointments via text. It's out of my area code, so I was doubtful. I asked the doctor's office to immediately reinstate it, and they did. Not spam!
