This number is given on https://libertyhearing.com/ as the contact number to reach for any information or complain about the hearing aids I bought on that website for 250$ Ca***ian dollars. The sum was debited from my prepaid Visa Desjardins card. I ordered on January 10 2024 and although it was stipulated I would receive the package within 10 business days, it is now February 9 2024 and I did not receive anything, nor did I get any answer to my inquiring emails. I intend to try to get my money back through my Caisse Populaire Desjardins, but there is yet no warranty it will work! We elderly people should especially be wary of scams litterally custom created to "milk" us. We should be ever more vigilant. I for one learned my lesson!
