STAY AWAY from this company!! They use deceiving practices to sell an inferior product! They falsely will test your water and make it look like their system provides cleaner water...but it does not!We were taken for over $5,000 by a "hustler" (our loss) and now are stuck with a system that doesn't work and we cannot get any response from the so-called "owners" of the company. When my wife finally got a hold of the telemarketer that initially called us, she told my wife that the company has been bouncing their payroll checks and most all employees have since left.Apparently the owners have a serious drug problem and use the profits of these sales to feed their addictions!! I am posting this to warn anyone even thinking about using this company to STOP..because you will seriously regret it!!

They called me up from my neighbors number. This company puretech, and tried to do a survey. I asked who they were.... and declined there survey....... very fishy

Every few months I get a call from this number.  They say they are doing a water survey.  If you express any unhappiness with your water, then they will try to schedule someone to come out.  I did this one time and I got someone from Pur-Tec Waters (630-613-9585) who tried to sell me water filters.  So this is really a company that is calling me to sell products.  They should NOT be calling me on my home number because it is on the do not call list.  If I try to call the 630-210-5536 number, I simply hear "110P" and then it ****s up.  I called AT&T and they said that this is a home number not a business number.  They will not tell me who it is.  I told AT&T that they are using this line to make business calls and they should not be calling me because I am on the do not call list.  They said they will investigate...
