A Tom LoBianco called. Don't answer his call. He is a debt collector and harrassing people. They c****e their names constantly and make it sound like if you know them.

I was informed that I owed $314 in debt but I had to pay $1,000!  Mr. Sanchez from****et Resources informed me that if I did not pay they would take my home, file a lawsuit, take my wages, and harm my credit report.  I looked up the statute of limitations and informed him that it had passed.  At this time Mr. Sanchez became angry and told me that I did not know what I was talking about.  I told him to file a law suit and ***g up.  Not even a minute later he called back yelling and cursing at me.  I told him that I no longer wanted to talk to him or anyone from his company unless it was through a law suit.  THESE PEOPLE ARE WORTHLESS COWARDS.  IF YOU KNOW YOUR RIGHTS THEY HAVE NO GROUND TO STAND ON AND RESORT TO THREATS AND PROFANITY.

Claims to need to contact a certain person about his daughter. Claims he gave my number as a contact number. I live in a different state! Is very rude and ask me if I was trying to hide this person, because I refused to give him their phone munber. (Which I don't have!)

This Charles Crosby keeps calling at all hours of the day even weekends, late at night. He just states that is imperative that he gets a call back. I have asked him to stop calling, he calls my cell and my work number. Don't know why he is calling me.

I am looking for anyone and EVERYONE on this site or anyone you know who has been contacted by this company to join me in a CLASS ACTION Suit a***nst them. I am STILL getting calls and so is my Husband. I told "LUCAS" today that I had 30 days to respond (dispute the claim) to the letter I received (after I told them I would no longer talk with them until I got proof)from them and he told me that it is PAST the 30 days. I told him "NO, that I had the letter in front of me and I would get back with them" I told him A***N for the Umpteen time that I will get back with them. I then told him to NOT CALL MY NUMBER A***N, I then ***g up. Let me know on this site if you are interested in this Suit. Just for the record I am doing what I advised everyone on this site to do. I write down everytime they call and their name. Keep RECORDS.

I just got a call from Mike Petersen from Stoneleigh Recovery****ociates saying that I was a contact person for a gal I haven't been in contact with for over 8 years. She was my ex husbands friends wife and I wasn't close to her when we married. He said it was regarding a very personal business matter and that I needed to get his number to her so she could contact him. I told him I hadn't been in touch for over 8 years and that it didn't make sense that I was the contact person, he agreed but said he just needed to get in touch with her and that maybe I could find a way to contact her. I took his name and number down. Very weird, I didn't tell anything personal, but am curious after reading all the above posts to see if they will call back. I got online to check it out just to see if it was a legite company. Crazy.

This is great.  I ate there a** out for 20 minutes.  Bet they don't call my house a***n.  Then as I continued ripping them apart and them having to answer question after question and them admitting they shouldn't have called after they were told not to I told them that our conversation was recorded.  Funny, the line went dead. After she had time to turn her recorder on she called back and was so apologetic wishing me a good day.  blh, blah, blah.  Give 'em***** and never answer any of there questions.  They will use it a***nst you.  And ALWAYS CONTACT THER FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION IF THEY CALL BACK AFTER YOU HAVE TOLD THEM NOT TOO........  THEY CAN BE FINED AND HAVE TO PAY YOU IF THEY VIOLATE THE FEDERAL/STATE LAWS.

My husband and I received two phone calls within 2 hours from these people. They said that his ex-wife left this number as a reference - which we know is a huge lie!  My husband and his ex do not get along or even speak to each other.  My husband and I have been together 15 years - and have never ever been contacted by someone egarding his ex.  These people are ruthless - they will go to any lengths to find out information and harrass you - even if you have nothing to do with the person they are calling about.  My husband is giving them***** right now - not sure if it will do any good. I feel for anyone else who has to deal with these ****s.

Some clown named Burks called my neighbor and told him he was trying to contact me. He told my neighbor that I had used his name as a reference on some application, when, in fact, I have NEVER used my neighbor as a reference on anything. Apparently, Stoneleigh Recovery****ociates, LLC s****s digging for information on neighbors and begins harassing them if they can't contact the party they are are trying to reach.Beware!

Caller asked for a Rosie.  I said there is no Rosie here, you have the wrong number.  Then he asked for her my first and last name, I said there is still no one by that name here.  You have a wrong number.Then, asked for a Rosie/Brian and last name and then asked me if I was a friend or relative of the two of them?  I said NO.  Then, he said they had given this number as a contact number!!!  ***!!

Since the last time I put a note on this site on 11/14/08 I have some information for EVERYONE who has been contacted by these so called PROFESSIONALS. You only need to say two things to them when they call: "I dispute this debt" and "Don't contact me anymore". If they continue to contact you, you get a LAWYER NO COST TO YOU cause guess what "The PROFESSIONALS" will have to pay the Lawyer Fees and you get $1,000.00 for every time they call you. You have to keep a record of the day, time and if you can get a name. Turn this into your Lawyer and they will have to pay you. DO NOT UNDER ANY CONDITION GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. When they as they put it "PURCHASED" OR NOW HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT. WHAT THEY GET THAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU IS LITTLE TO NOTHING ON YOU. SO EVERY TIME YOU ANSWER A QUESTION OR VERIFY AS THEY WILL ASK YOU TO DO INFORMATION, THEY ARE BUILDING A FILE AGINST YOU. GOOD LUCK

Like the rest of you, this abusive bunch of hooligans has been calling my in-laws, neighbors etc to try and reach me regarding my WAMU card that has been turned to them after both my hubby and I lost our jobs this year.  They are relentless, belligerent and I have just finished reporting them to the the FTC and I'd like to encourage each of you to do the same!

They just called my husband and myself today. They Stated that we owed on a DISCOVER CARD, that we had paid FAITHFULLY from the time it was opened in 2000 until May of 2002, and that they had bought our account and needed to settle NOW. My Husband gave them my work number and they called me. I told them that yes I do do the bills for our household and that I was not aware of said card. They said that it was opened in my Husbands name, with his SS# and that I was the secondary on said card. I a***n told them I was not aware of said card. Then they proceeded to tell me that my Husband may be hidding so****ing from me. I said no I have been Married for 28 years and I would know. Then some else came on and said she was the first persons Supervisor and that I needed to SHUT UP and LISTEN to ALL that she had to say. So I then asked for a FAX, or Certified Letter stating what this was for and she said it is BEYOND that. (Ms. Danny Daniels if that is her REAL name)proceeded to try to get me to AGREE (as if) to paying it off in one payment or two by the end of the year. I told her I could not do it and that I needed to see Proof of the said card. She said she was doing me a FAVOR by calling and that she could put the Account on hold if I would agree to payments. I told her I could make 100. down and 100. a month. She then put me on HOLD to CHECK WITH HER BOSS. Then a Man (Mr. BALL) came on and said he had just looked things over and that it was not ENOUGH that I needed to pay this NOW. I said that is it you can Sue me, Garnish what ever you want to do and I ***G UP THE PHONE. I then called my Local Consumers Division and they said to call DISCOVER, then pull our CREDIT REPORTS. So I called DISCOVER and the young lady was so NICE she looked up by our NAMES, SS#, and ZIP. She then said they have NEVER had us a customer. She said after I pulled my REPORTS if I see they are there to call back and they would do an INVESTIGATION. Thank the Lord for HONEST people like her. Don't give them and INCH. My Husband said that when they called him they gave him our PO BOX # and the LAST four of SS# ANYONE can do that. Be WARNED.

Left a voice mail message; "could not discuss reason for call on voicemail" threatened it was imperative to return call to "Jessica Lynch" immediately.

I recieved a phone call from Robert Wallis looking for my neighbor whom I don't get along with.  Asking to leave to them a note on their car, door, mailbox, wherever I could.  I waas really concerned about the call so I brought it to them now I'm ****ed that I did.

Someone please tell me how you report someone like this!!!!!!  Calling Neighbors, distant relatives, siblings, very abusive, at times cussing up a storm.

I just received a call from an Anthony Maltese (caller ID StoneLeigh Reco) at 630-282-5750 looking for a neighbor of mine.  They said that they needed to get a hold of him for some important matters, but my neighbor left a phone number with them that was now disconnected, and they asked me to put a note on his apt door in my apt complex for him to call them back.  I live in the same apt building...what the heck are they doing?  harrassing all of the neighbors to do their work for them.They also made it sound at first that it was a family matter or so****ing, but now that I looked it up online to see who this phone number really is, I am certainly NOT helping them out to collect a debt. That isn't so****ing I need to get myself involved with.  I don't even know this neighbor!!!  And, he may not even be living at that Apt anymore.It is one thing to reach out to a family connection, but to bug a person that has absolutely no connection to the person you are looking for other than being a neighbor and try to trick them into helping ...is disgraceful.  This company has gone too far!

I got a call too looking for my son.  I have told them several times that he does not live here.  Today I got a bit of information. They are using Google to get the information that they have. It has to be a scam as they call my son and then call me trying to get me to send money that he does not owe.  they had my credit card information so I called the card company and they are going to c****e my account number.  My next step is to mess with these people any way I can.

If this company has done these things they are breaking rules of their job and need to be reported. We just s****ed getting calls from these people too..Never a paper bill or notice.. They never say this is an attempt to collect a debt as they are suppose too.. ***** they called my husband by his first name as if it was a friend calling. They are also suppose to say who they are and who they work for. My husband ***g up after saying he didn't talk on the phone about finances to send it in writting and ***g up..They called right back with a different guy who got the same advice and we **** up. Don't give these bottom feeders the time a day..Report them!!!!!

A very speculative operation, I think they buy or****ume debt that is otherwise uncollectable (too old, post-bankruptcy, debt that has been written-off by the companies that had the debt 1st or 2nd)They can stuff themselves.

I got a collection call from a guy stating that he was calling from Ohio wanting to speak to my brother or relay a message through me to him.  My brother has been in jail for a few months and I expect him to stay there for a few more years.  I told the guy a few times that my brother was in jail and asked him how he got my phone number, considering I had c****ed my name a few years ago.  Needless to say that I was angry that theese people had the nerve to call my house and tell me to relay a message about a debt; not pay attention to what I tried to say even though I spelled out the state and city where my brother could be located.  I would like to send these people a letter stating to cease and desist all contact to or through me.

OOOHHHHH, am I P@$$ed off!!!  Mr. Miller just called here and when my mother (who is staying with me temporarily while I recover after being in the hospital--ICU--for a week) answered and informed him I was sleeping and offered to take a message he actually told her to go and wake me up.  When she refused and asked for any message he told her that he was NOT going to leave any messages but that SHE WAS GOING TO GO WAKE ME UP!!!!!  She eventually ended up ****ing up on him and he immediately called back and insisted that I was not coming to the phone because I have "so****ing to hide."  Whatever the***** that means..........She just ***g up on him a***n.  What an A**!!!!!  There's got to be a way to stop his harassing me and my family!!!!  Thanks for allowing me to vent a***n!!!!!!!

This number calls my landline constantly.  It is always an automated voice asking me to hold for the next available representative.  BS--don't call me and ask me to wait on you!!!Anyway, I do not owe any credit card debts so the are obviously calling the wrong number.I just wanted to post the name of the company as it appears on my caller ID:  "Stoneleigh Reco".

Called my husband's cell phone on my ex husband's debt! ***!!! Needless to say..he was mad! I was divorced from that man in 1997! W T H?????Harassed him and accused him of oweing the debt over 11 years old!!!This is another collection agency harrassing the wrong people!!!I have contacted my attorney and we will file a complaint.
