Never leaves a message - never a person on the other end. ID says dupage county but so does another number that comes up and it is on a different website saying it is a place in Big Rock, IL - same thing ***ody on the other end no messages

Rather than collections, I believe it to be automated cold calling, if the timing is right, a sales agent or magazine subscription agent will pick up after you answer...Very annoying business model and call pattern..
why do they **** up if they are trying to get money?
The phone rings. When I pick up they ****-up. I call back and it is for a full mailbox for Turn-Key solutions. I get the call two to three times a day.
The number is from one of two collection agencys working for dupage county. They are trying to collect unpaid fines.
