A Richard Lewis left a threatening message which said both there is a claim a***nst me and a settlement for me, for which time is running out and that I must contact him urgently, said he was calling from 'CBD' whatever that is, but the number was a Vancouver, BC number- 604 661-7955, this was the only sight that seemed relevant when I tried to find out about this nonsense call.

Should someone do so****ing! Take these guys out of the American Society.

Said they had  a case and I needed to sign for some do***ents

Called and asked for a ***ndy Clegg who I dont know & who doesnt live here.  When I told them they had the wrong telephone# they kept questioning me if I knew this person, then continued to call back.

They called saying they were a law office representing some credit card company

A William LLoyd called and asked my husband to have me call regarding a business matter.  The phone left was 630 470 6650.  I called and got a voice mail.  Asked them to take my name off their list and advised them I was on a do not call list.

The jirk calling me was named William Lloyd. Or so he said! Called me on 4-30-2009

Calls at all hours of the day and night, I never answer and their voicemails never say what they are calling about or what company they are from.

The guy who calls me is named Jacob Eloh (sic?).  He sounds like that guy that does the Shammy cloth commercials.  Says there is a decision to be made & repeated my name several times. ***?!

Marcia & Richard Lewis both called on two seperate occasions and left a message saying that is is very important that I contact them immediately regarding some personal backround information that was given to them.This is a collection company. BEWARE of your rights. The Federal Trade Commision which protects consumers a***nst the illegal practices of collection companies and also the credit card companies has a law written to protect you is The Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. Creditors are not allowed to threaten you, be abusive ,volgure or call your place of employment after you have told them not too. If they do call your place of employment after you have told them then get the name of the person you spoke to, what company they are calling from, also what day and time you spoke to them. You can then report them to your local Attorney Generals office and the Federeal Trade Commision.They can receive fines for every time they call you. They CAN call once an hour between the hours of 9am and 8 pm. they can call neighbors or freinds and family but CANNOT discuss to any one what the matter is about. BEWARE OF YOUR RIGHTS!!!!!!!! You can negotiate with these agencies as well. Industry averages for negotiated debt today is between 30 and 42 cents on the dollar.

Claims to be a law firm. ***ts down friends, family and coworkers to harrass you. Wasting his time.

These people are no good.They tryed to pressure elederly people,and people that thing there is good in everyone.It's scarey!I have a lady friend that has already given then 3,000 and they are calling her everyday and want more.I don't know how they can live with themselves.S***BAGS

This lady, Marcia, will call everyone in thephone book looking for you, and making up a lye saying that you were given as a reference for someone. She will keep calling if you give any inclination that you know of the person. She is a LIER! Tell her you want your number removed from her calling list, or you will press charges, as that is harrassment!

this number has been calling for months.  no one on the line when answers. what's up

It's a collection agency, either you or in this case the person who had the number prior to me didn't pay a bill.

this number is from Integrated Portfolio Management, they sometimes operate/collect for third party companies who have purchased credit card debt for pennies on the dollar.

This number is from a group of investors who buy debts from Credit Carde companies and then go after you.

No name given.  Caller asked me to call to influence a decision being made about me.

for some reason says they are calling to help us out.  bull s**t
