same as above complaints. they call multiple times a day even 8am on a sa****ay and don't leave message. does anyone know how to block the number?

I get a call from them everyday, Im very serious EVERYDAY they call me. The funny thing is that I answer but they **** up on me ***?

I just received a call from these people.  I let it go to voice mail while I looked up the number on caller-id.  I am so glad that I didn't answer. They did not leave a message.A year ago I had someone call and give me a line of bull about them being from the "Secret Service" and about an unpaid payday loan.  The funny thing is that I called the official Secret Service and ended up speaking to an agent who contacted the original caller. I never heard from that caller a***n.Now I wonder who I can call about these people using a fake name.

I've gotten 3 calls from this number this AM so far. I've refused to answer. The 3rd time, my answering ma****e was available but the caller had nothing to say - this is how they do it in a 'boiler room' when a ma****e calls and you have to wait for a human to pick up long after you answer. Who cares if it might be about a debt? I'm unemployed, seeiking work, of good m**** character, and doing the best I can. Glad to see I'm not alone in getting these calls. Thank you all for sharing!

Once a***n, this number, along with many others, keeps trying to contact us. They tried the whole "we need your SS number" line....of course when we called them on the carpet, told them they have NOTHING to do with the government at all (their website is nothing but a huge run-around joke... www.fmsdc.com )....one big at***ude out of the little chicky on the other end of the line. The "Client Log In" section just happens to be "under construction"...Big HAHA to that one! The REAL agency from the government is called "Financial Management Service" ( This is the REAL site http://www.fms.treas.gov/aboutfms/contacts.html ) where the FRAUD is called "Financial Management System"...close name...BIG difference!These places can not STAND it when people call them out. If this were a real gov. agency...1) they would have not matched out current number to a residence in another state that we have not lived at for over 5 years2) no at***ude would have been given to us3) I made physical threats (just to see what they would do) along with many other threats, and once a***n...all at***ude. Real gov agencies would have immediately done so****ing about it.These calls are getting so fake and annoying...with such old scam/fraud tactics...all that they are good for is taking out a day of stress on...quite fun to do to these people! Makes them freeze in their tracks.This company is located out of Illinois.....uh huh....sure!Lets harass the scammers! I have done it before and it surely stops making them call this number, especially when I call them every 5 minutes and chew out w***ver is on the other end of the line!

Keeping getting calls from this number as well 630-613-1139.  The thing is that they ask for my social Security number saying it needed to varified my name before they can tell me what they are calling about.  I want give it to them.

Well today I received 6 calls from this number, I did not answer this call because I only answer to local calls. It really gets annoying 6 calls in one day! There has to be so****ing done about these types of callers because seems like everyone gets called everyday asking for an unknown person. This is what I call phone spamming.

I let it go to voicemail since I didn't recognized the number. It's apparently from Financial Management Services. The lady wanted someone who I had never heard of to call them back regarding an "important school matter". The number that the lady left was 866-376-5931. When you look up this number, it gives you about the same information as "Annoyed" wrote too. No, I'm not calling them back! :P

Keep getting calls from this number... as well as 630-613-1139.****uming they are both extensions from the same place.  I think it's a collections agency, however no one in our house has anything in collections so it's very obviously a wrong number. We find it annoying because they call throughout the day, they've even called at night. We actually picked up once because they were calling at an illegal time (after 9 pm). We mentioned that no one here is the person they are calling and looking for, they asked us if we knew where this person they are looking for is (also illegal). Despite the fact that we are basically useless (don't owe them money, can't give them any kind of information) they continue to call. The one time we did talk to them it was a man- he was rude and aggressive, even though we don't owe them anything and all we asked was for them to stop calling, since no one here is the guy they want. We have also had voice messages left asking for the same guy, the most recent message (today) was a woman's voice. On our caller ID it lists "Unknown Name". Could also be a scam as far as I know, since we don't owe them anything... maybe they are just hoping to scare us into paying them or hoping we owe SOMEBODY so****ing and will give them money.
