Received a call from this telephone number. Although I'm in the same state, there was a 2-3 second delay and I heard my voice echo on the other side of the call. The man asked if I had completed a coupon with my telephone number, and I stated I had not. He then asked if it was possible a spouse did so for me, and I stated that was not possible. He seemed to apologize and ***g up. This seems like spam.
