This number calls but leaves no messages. I have blocked this number but it still tries to call. I think if this was a human calling he/she would get the hint and stop calling! I am sure this is a robo caller.

They have!  I have a caller ID (have had it for over 15 years!) that allows me to program and block up to 200 phone numbers while allowing others to come through. In addition, I can program numbers to go directly to my answering ma****e without even ringing my phone, or to ring through to my phone, as I choose! Greatest investment I ever made!!

They woke me up after having just gone to sleep at 6:30am -- not really sure what they said other than they could lower our insurance rates and to give them a couple of days and they would get back to me.  I was basically out of it having not slept for 24 hours when they called and they should not be allowed to call because of the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  Someone needs to do so****ing about them.

They are selling health insurance. Woke me up this morning with a cold call. The DO NOT CALL registry apparently doesn't apply to them.  Actually it does but they choose to take their chances and breech your privacy. I wish some bright entrepreneur or lawmaker would come up with a ****od of ending unwanted solicitations once and for all! Unplugging the phone isn't a good idea because then a family member with a real emergency can't get through either! Two major social ills..... pros***ution and telemarketers!

Caller introduced himself as a representative of AMERICAN REPUBLIC INSURANCE. Caller ID just displayed ARI. Was trying to sell me health insurance. I didn't buy any.
