Protocol Svcs... ridiculous. Calls every 3-4 minutes non stop. I did call the 800 number 800-677-2001

This company is a house arrest monitoring company****ociated with the ELMO home breathalyzing ma****e.  You shouldn't be getting calls from them unless you're court ordered to undergo alcohol monitoring.

Keeps calling & no one will talk back.....has called 15 times in 30 mins !!

try calling 1-800-426-9143. that is the number for protocol svcs in colorado. they should be able to help get it straightened out.

It's totally if your on House Arrest.  That's what I'm on, and it's trying to connect to the box.  Oh it's so annoying, along with taking a breathalizer test every so often, that's all part of being locked down at home...Just let it ring through, and it will stop.

Another number that calls under Protocol Services

12 times between 12:20 AM and 1:06 AM on 3/31/09, but calls almost every day late at night. No one there/. I am forced to take the phone off the hook or get no sleep.

The information to call is 1-800-677-2001 a company called protocol. Call it to get your name removed.

This number has called me 30+ times every few mintues.

This number is coming from the people who monitor those on house arrest. It's them trying to connect to the box.

This is crazy- they have called 15+ times today and it seems to be from a fax number, so all I hear is static, beeping and internet connection noise. I have tried to figure out who this is and call the number back to get them to stop, but have had no luck with either.

Call repeatedly, 15+ times today alone. No one is there, just static and beeps. Very irritating. Can't figure out who this is and when I call the number back I just get computer operator from the phone company.

I just received a call from 630-820-4957. I placed info into google and someone said to call 1-800-677-2001 to get your name removed. I am reporting this to the attorney generals office.

If you are going to call and not say anything important than please stop calling.

These people call at all hours of the night and day and when I answer the phone ***ody says anything and if I stay on the line I hear things like beeps as if it's a fax ma****e. It's past annoying and I want it to stop immediately. If there is anything I can do to help it stop I will do it.

This # has called me umpteen times within the last 20 minutes! No one is there when I pick up, and no one answers when I try calling the # back. My caller ID says it belongs to Protocol Svcs, which is a telemarketer.

I had 13 empty voicemail message from this phone number between 2:00 am and 7:00 am.  How do we stop the insanity?

Lucky I wasnt home last night this number called me every 3 minutes from 11pm untill 7 am.... and now that im home I called it back and it says push 1 for english and enter your sign number? About 45 minutes ago they s****ed calling a***n and I answer and its just silence followed by beeping and I **** up and they call back a***n every 3-4 minutes ***....

It is 1:26 AM and just got two calls from this number, loud fax type sounds and is very irritating.

This number has called my house number repe***ively for 30 minutes or more with no message when i do not answer. The one time I answered, there was a long silence followed by a short series of 'beeps'.  Very irritating.

they keep calling every couple minutes for the past hour, they leave no message when answering ma****e picks up, and if you answer ther is no one there, when you call back, they ask to pick 1 for english and enter your sign number, which we have no idea what that is
